Electronic Recording Form

Enter and submit multiple wildlife records into a simple spreadsheet.

The Electronic Recording Form has been designed to make entering and storing your records quicker and easier.

This form can be used to enter more than one record. ERCCIS recommends no more than 50 records at a time.

The Electronic Recording Form also helps ERCCIS import your records into the computer database quickly and efficiently, therefore, making it available sooner than paper records to help improve our understanding of the natural history of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, as well as to be used in decision-making, education, research and other public benefit purposes.
