The Rocky Shore (Intertidal Survey)

This course aims to give a basic understanding of the flora and fauna found on rocky shores, how to identify particular groups, how they adapt to their habitat and the environmental factors affecting them.There will be a practical element to the course out on the shore looking at the variety of habitats to be found there and the use of simple identification keys.This course is ideal for anyone who is interested in rocky shore ecology and the monitoring of Cornwall’s coast
