Introduction to Seaweeds Workshop

In this introduction to Seaweeds Angie will guide us in the identification of the species likely to be encountered whilst rocky shore monitoring.There will be an overview of collection, preservation and classification but most importantly showing how to identify species in the hand and when to get the microscope out. There will also be samples of the invasive species to become familiar with and discussion on their impact.
