Beginner Botanical Surveying

Fee : £10 Adults, Children Free (must be accompanied by an adult).

This is a ‘from scratch’ introduction to identifying and recording Wildflowers in Cornwall.There will be a presentation on how to set about recording plants, local and national recording groups, using a key and terminology followed by a walk around the trust grounds to look for different species. Ian Bennallick is the BSBI recorder for East Cornwall with a vast knowledge of botanical Cornwall; he regularly runs field trips and workshops both here and abroad.
